Wellington North is located in historic Noblesville, Indiana, conveniently close to major highways and just North of the Indianapolis metro area.

We are a tree-lined neighborhood of 135 custom homes built between 1975-1980. We have an active HOA membership and have amenities such as a staffed neighborhood pool, recently updated tennis and basketball courts, and playground.

Our social events include: semi-annual garage sales, fourth of July cook-out and parade, fall hay ride, and Easter egg hunt.

Wellington North is minutes away from major shopping and dining options. Noblesville offers award winning schools and a close proximity to the big city, yet with a small town feel.
